NOTE:
Rebel & Thrive is going through an exciting change. We are upgrading our website and our onboarding process to make it seamless and user friendly. We also have elected to switch our electronic health record to Hint (previously Athena) because this platform is much more intuitive and easy for patients and our team!

Because of this, we are currently on hold with onboarding new patients during this transition. We will be resuming onboarding mid December, but please sign up for hint and if we have an opening sooner we will reach out and get you scheduled!
